Henley ("we", "us") provides booking and follow-up services for HVAC companies. This policy explains what information we collect through gethenley.com and our ads and forms, and how we use it.

Name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a form, booking or message. If you book a call, our scheduling tool (Cal.com) and Google Calendar receive your name, email and chosen time. Our website and ad platforms may collect basic usage data such as pages visited and device type.

How we use it

To reply to you, schedule and run calls, deliver our services, improve them, and send follow-up messages you have asked for. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us operate, such as Google Workspace, Cal.com and Meta (when you respond to our ads). They may use the data only to provide their service.

Calls and texts

You can ask us to stop messaging you at any time by replying STOP or emailing us. We honour all opt-outs.

Retention and your rights

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing noel@gethenley.com.
